Join us for an unusual sensory experience as we explore the theory that different types of music enhance the flavors of wine and food.  Articles in the BBC and NPR have explored the idea that music alters wine's taste.  The evening features Doug Hayes, Division Wine Manager for Young's Market and Ming Luke, Assistant Conductor of the Modesto Symphony Orchestra with a quartet.
