Certification of facilities in both California and Texas, meets the requirements of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) for food safety systems and is a key component in the continuous improvement and strengthening of our food safety operations. Additional food safety is captured through our Hygienic Zoning programs that control contamination transfer risk through employee practices and process design.

Our milk supply meets regulatory and herd health standards. All of our products are Kosher and Halal approved, Non-GMO (our products are not manufactured with genetically engineered components) and EU conforming.
